Hello, I’m Krista, and I’m passionate about empowering women to heal and reclaim their lives after experiencing the traumas of narcissistic abuse in their relationship. With 40 years of experiences, private coaching and a background in narcissistic abuse recovery, I understand the profound impact that emotional abuse can have on self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being.
Having walked the path of recovery myself, I know firsthand the challenges and obstacles that come with breaking free from toxic patterns.
